Day 1
Investigate and provide conjecture about a historical mystery. Be sure to define the following:
  • People Involved
  • Places Involved
  • Timeline of Events
  • Current Theories
  • Your Theory
This stage of the process is meant for each individual to contribute to the group's research about the background of the mystery. It's an important part of the process that lays the foundation to the accuracy of the project.

Day 2
  • Define what historical aspects you would like to highlight (if it were a feature length film).
  • Provide an explanation as to how your trailer is going to be historically accurate! We can't spare expenses for inaccuracy!
  • What (historically) is your group going to highlight in a trailer (1 - 2 minutes)?
  • Which characters are you going to portray in the trailer?
  • What types of locations are you going to need to shoot the trailer?
  • Are you going to need any props?
  • Are you going to use any historical footage?

Create an outline of the trailer - what are you going to show in order?
Use your outline to create a storyboard of events. Be sure to include everything that you want to show in the trailer. (Titles, edits, fades, music - you need to work together to figure it all out! There is a lot of ground that has to be covered in a short period of time!)
